The GFA confirmed it is in regular contact with the club and relevant authorities, including the Ghana Police Service, as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the attack. The Association has called for swift action to ensure that those responsible for the attack are brought to justice.
Additionally, the GFA announced plans to engage key stakeholders to review and strengthen security measures for clubs traveling for domestic competitions to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
